HEMIC maintains an extensive catalogue of videos on the subjects of safety and loss prevention. We encourage all our insureds to borrow and view titles that will help them to promote a safer workplace.

To borrow a video from the catalogue (maximum 4 at a time), we will need the following information:

Policy number
Contact name
Contact phone number
Video title(s) and reference number(s) if available

Fill out the order form below.

Videos will be mailed to the address listed on your policy unless otherwise specified. (When giving an alternate address, please tell us why.) Videos must be returned within two weeks of receiving them. They can be mailed back to us, or walked in to the HEMIC office at 1003 Bishop Street (Pauahi Tower), Suite 1000. There is no charge for borrowing videos.

Video requests will not be filled if previously borrowed videos have not been returned.
